I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you received 100% free of charge.

As a national certified hair color instructor, I’m very interested to learn how your hair turned “orange” after that photo was taken. You mentioned that you are from Okeechobee. It is possible that there is something in your water that can lead to problems.

It is customary for a business that strives for 100% customer satisfaction to offer a client their money back or the opportunity to correct the issue. I provided you with that choice and you chose to have a refund. It is unfortunate that was not enough to avoid such a negative public review of something we put so much pride in.

As for your desire for free services, there are many reasons why offering time extensive services such as a Style & Blow Out for free is not practical for a small business. For example, when guests don’t show up for scheduled appointments, as you did on 1/27/2016, our stylists are left with long blocks of unbooked time. Negative reviews that bring down a nearly 5 star rating and refunding people 100% of their service in an attempt to make them happy also contributes to our inability to offer services to our valued guests for free.
